    • Dear Jasmine, have you done yoga before? For pregnant mums-to-be we recommend the Bliss classes as you make this special journey. The teacher will give you advice about specific ways to approach the physical postures and the breath focus. We look forward to meeting you. Namaste, Rhys

  1. Hi, I’d like to start yoga at beginner level, wondering if the Wednesday evening class would be appropriate? If yes do I need to make a booking?
    Thank you
    Monika

    • Dear Monika, We do sometimes have beginners in our Yoga Foundations class – but every beginner is different. If you’re happy to build strength, flexibility and balance with a calming focus on breeathing, this can be a good class to come to. Feel okay to be *imperfect* – you’re welcome to take it easy and get a feel for things. If you’re keen you can sign up for the newcomers 3 weeks for $39 and try as many classes as you can. No need to book, just turn up 10 minutes early. Namaste, Rhys Latton
